Terms and Conditions

(1) The promoter is Hydraulink Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 19508001325, ACN 096805453. (2) Monthly minor prize winners will be randomly drawn on the 4th of March 2024 and 4th of April 2024 at 12:00pm. The major prize winner will be randomly drawn on the 7th of May 2024 at 12:00pm. All entries are able to be redrawn for the major prize. Winner’s last name, first initial, and post code will be published within 30 days of the draw on Hydraulink Social media as well as in Hydraulink.com.au/hydraulinkexpericance website. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw by email and by phone call. (3) The winners of the minor gift voucher prizes and the major prize winner will be published on the Hydraulink Australia social media pages and website within 30 days of being notified. (4) The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. (5) The winners may be required to complete waivers to participate in some of the activities and may be excluded from such activities if they choose not to complete the waiver. (6) Some activities in the Major Prize may have physical or medical limitations that entrants may need to meet in order to participate, and may therefore be excluded if they cannot meet these limitations. (7) Should the event be cancelled for any reason, the promoter may at its discretion substitute the prize with another event of similar value which may be different to the original event. (8) If the major price is unclaimed by 21st May 2024, a redraw will be held on the 22nd May 2024 at 12.00 pm and the Winners last name, first initial, and postcode will be published within 30 days of the draw on Hydraulink Social media as well as in Hydraulink.com.au/hydraulinkexpericance website. The winner will be notified within 7days of the draw by email and by phone call. (9) Hydraulink Australia employees and family members, Hydraulink Network Partners and their family members, and their sub-distributors and employees and respective family members are not eligible to enter. (10) Entrants may submit entries as many times as they want but are limited to 1 entry per unique invoice purchase of $50 including gst or more. (11) To Enter, scan the QR Code or go to the website www.hydraulink.com.au/hydraulinkexperience and complete your entry details. (12) Only residents of Australia who are 18 years or older may enter. (13) The prize includes; - Minor Prizes: 10 x $1,000 JB Hi-Fi vouchers, 10 x $1,000 Supercheap Auto vouchers, 45 Hydraulink merchandise packs. - Major Prize: Return airfares to Brisbane for the entrant and a friend from the entrants nearest capital city, Brisbane accommodation for 4 nights plus, 1 day corporate hospitality experience at Norwell Motorplex driving school, and 2 day and evening corporate hospitality tickets at the ‘Winternationals’ National Drag Racing championship event to be held at Willowbank Raceway with a Top Fuel Startline experience and merchandise pack. Total value up to $12,000.00 subject to the variations of accommodation and flight ticket bookings at the time the winner is known and accommodation plus flights are booked. (14) The promotion will start on the 1st February 2024 and finish on the 30th April 2024. (15) All drawers for the promotion will be drawn at Hydraulink National Office, 123 Long St Smithfield NSW, 2164. (16) The winner will be notified by email and phone on or before the 10th May 2024 once entry details and their purchase has been verified and published on the Hydraulink Social Media Pages as well as the www.hydraulink.com.au/hydraulinkexperience website. (18) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
